The Sandakphu – Phalut trek is 65 km long. Starting from Srikhola (6,400 ft) the trek takes you to the highest point in West Bengal – Sandakphu at 11,950 ft before heading down to Srikhola (6,243 ft) over a period of 6 days. The mesmerizing view of four highest peaks in the world such as Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse and Makalu can be seen from its summit.
One of the most popular trek in Sikkim trip is the Yuksom Dzongri trek. It takes the route to the renowned Goecha La. The trek covers the Rathong Valley to Bakkhim and then the steep uphill to the village of Tsokha to reach upto Pedhang. It is a comparatively moderate trek and it gives the majestic view of Mt.
